EPSO/AST/117/11 – Assistants in the Secretarial Field (AST 1) - EL, EN, ET, FI, FR, GA, HU, IT

EPSO is organising an open competition to select secretaries of the following languages to work in the institutions of the European Union:
  • English (EN)
  • Estonian (ET)
  • Finnish (FI)
  • French (FR)
  • Greek (EL)
  • Hungarian (HU)
  • Irish (GA)
  • Italian (IT)
When you join the European institutions as a secretary, you can expect a challenging international work environment and a career full of opportunities.

You can be assistant to a director or head of unit, a specialised secretary working for our translation services, an all-round secretary or an administrative assistant.

Am I eligible?
 
You must:
  • be a citizen of an EU country;
  • be trained as professional secretary and/or have at least three years' secretarial experience;
  • have a thorough command of one of the following languages: English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian;
  • have a satisfactory knowledge of a English, French or German as a second language (must be different from the main competition language chosen).
